- Earth filling up to 75% completed. Balance 25% earth filling is in progress
- Installation of the Batching Plant is in progress
- Approach road work is in progress.
DLF has taken up the responsibility of tarring up the Bund Road access from the Bridge till the site. The tarring of the K P Vallon Road, one of the accesses to the site from the Kadavanthra Junction is also expected to be done soon.
