2. Office space - North Star is a 30-storey office tower built to Grade A++ specifications. It is ideal for corporate offices and software development firms. It has a helipad, an observation deck and an adjoining 9-level car parking facilities.
3. Retail space- Orion Mall at Brigade Gateway has an area of 800,000 sft on 5 levels, offering a wide choice of retail, entertainment and food & beverage outlets. The main anchor stores at Orion include Landmark, Westside and Star India Bazaar-leading retail chains. The 12-screen multiplex will be operated by PVR Cinemas.
